1. Daily Restaurant & Takeout Orders

• Preparation Time: Standard takeout orders placed over the phone require a minimum of 30 minutes preparation time. Large or specialized orders may require additional time.

• Shop Promotions (Free Naan Offer): Free Naan deals (2 Free Naans with a Large Dish; 1 Free Naan with a Regular Dish) apply exclusively to direct shop orders and are subject to availability.

• Third-Party Delivery: Deliveries placed via DoorDash, Uber Eats, or SkipTheDishes are subject to the respective platform’s terms, fees, and driver schedules.

2. Event Catering Bookings

• Quotes & Confirmations: Catering quotes provided via phone, email, or online forms are estimates based on the details provided (guest count, menu selection, location). A booking is only finalized upon confirmation by our catering management team and payment of any agreed deposit.

• Guest Count Finalization: The final guest count for catered events must be confirmed at least 7 to 10 days prior to the event date to ensure proper food preparation and staffing.

• On-Site Setup: For Live Tandoor and full-service catering, the client must ensure adequate space, access, and safe operating conditions at the venue location.

3. Menu Pricing & Availability

• Prices and menu availability are subject to change without prior notice due to seasonal ingredient availability and market costs. Confirmed catering contracts will honor the agreed price.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, menu layouts, and graphics—is the property of Rana Catering and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability
